When a sunroof drain does become plugged the common signs are either a wet headliner water dripping from the headliner wet roof pillar a damp carpet or water pooling in the foot wells. The drain tube from the sun roof runs down the pillar and and ends up inside the fender by the interior kick panel. Inside the fender the tube makes a 90 degree turn and drains horizontally through the fender behind the plastic wheel well liner.
