I m looking at a 2003 jaguar xk8 with 69 00 miles on it.

I shoved some small bits of stiffish wire into the plugs sockets cheaper. The button is not making a jaguar 1999 xk8 question. My jaguar xk8 roof is not working the hood wont latch and the back windows wont go up. Also they operate with the ignition off key out.

That fault turned out to be the connector into the window motor which had just bad contacts on it.
