2008 Dodge Charger Door Lock Actuator Not Working

My truck is back to normal.

2008 dodge charger door lock actuator not working.

The lock unlock controls located on the door work locks unlocks other 3 doors but i have to physically push the lock. The video is of a 2007 magnum. However if i come to a stop and try to open the auto locking door with the manual handle it will not pop the lock up or unlock door. The 2008 dodge nitro has 3 problems reported for door locks stop working.

Seems like that in itself is a safety issue of important investigation for dodge. Can anyone help at all in this forum. How to replace the drivers side door lock actuator 2003 dodge grand caravan. This week it stopped working altogether. They replaced the switch panel which includes not only the door lock unlock but also windows and mirrors. The lock switch was defective causing my door to continually lock. When i lock and unlock all the doors all doors except the drivers door responds.

Now my driver side lock is doing the same thing. Does it work with the door switches but not the remote key fob. Average failure mileage is 88 000 miles. This lock was stuck due not being used often.

So today between the time i left my apartment and got to my parents house less than 2 miles my drivers side front door lock stopped working. My admittedly limited knowledge of the dodge key fobs is that there are two circuits within the fob an active circuit requiring the battery with a transmitter that allows the buttons on the fob to function lock unlock open trunk etc and a passive circuit not requiring battery power that interacts with modules in the vehicle to allow features like keyless entry and the interior.
